- Walking around in the outdoors.
- Watch/listen to the news, less often.
- Walk away from drama with people.
- Pay attention to the people you keep company with.
- Eat healthy foods.
- Each day, do something that you enjoy!
- Laugh more often.
- Do yoga.
- Take three deep, slow breathes. It takes you out of the Sympathetic nervous system and in to the Parasympathetic nervous system. From "Fight and flight" to relaxation.
- Receive a Reiki session.
