To bring yourself back to a positive state, try:

  • Meditating.
  • Walking around in the outdoors.
  • Watch/listen to the news, less often.
  • Walk away from drama with people.
  • Pay attention to the people you keep company with.
  • Eat healthy foods.
  • Each day, do something that you enjoy!
  • Laugh more often.
  • Smile
  • Do yoga.
  • Exercise
  • Take three deep, slow breathes.  It takes you out of the Sympathetic nervous system and in to the Parasympathetic nervous system.  From "Fight and flight" to relaxation.
  • Receive a Reiki session.
No body can do this for you.  It's up to you.
