When we look at them, they are all stunning.

People also come in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors, ages, and health.

But why is it people will pick apart theirs or someone else’s body???

Find the beauty in everyone and everything. Acceptance for each of our bodies no matter what size, shape, color, age, or health it is in.-Cynthia

Inner shadows are our belief systems, our thoughts, our behaviors, our life experiences.)

I created this blog for my Reiki clients originally. Combining these tools with Reiki creates a happy, healthy person. These tools, when used alone are also beneficial!
