Inner Wars

Inner Wars

(My perception of Inner Conflict emotions.)

Many people own emotions that they cannot and will not take ownership of.

Thus, they project their emotions on to other people, animals, and situations.

These inner conflicts or inner wars are projected out into the world.

At times, like attracts like. And so, people who project their inner wars will be attracted to each other.

But at times, like repels like. So, among all the people who project inner wars on to others in their group, they find they are repulsed by some of them to a certain degree. Thus, they split into other, different groups of likes creating new groups of likes.

What happens when people age and they haven’t healed their inner conflicting emotions?  They will not accept or take ownership of their own emotions?

Each person’s inner conflicting emotions increase in energy. Their inner conflicting emotions become stronger! Inner conflicts become inner wars. Inner wars, projected out into the world, along with others’ inner wars being projected out into the world creates: tension, stress, and maybe even war that breaks out into the physical world.

The scenario above is just like a single person denying ownership of their own inner conflicting emotions. They push the emotions down and out. They hide the emotions they are scared to take ownership of. They project these emotions off on to everyone else. As this person ages, the hidden emotions inside of them become stronger and harder to hide. These emotions hidden deep inside the person become not only stronger, but also toxic to the person as well as others. These stuck emotions, just like a pond that has no new, clean water flowing into it, becomes toxic. Soon the toxic emotions eventually create dis-ease in the physical body.

I’ve used this analogy of a pond with flowing water into it and out of it before.

The ponds are like our Spiritual centers/ the chakras.  Their flow of energy throughout our bodies (the meridians) is like the new flow of water into the pond and the old water flowing out of the pond. If a chakra has been dammed up due to a conflicting emotion not being healed by the person, it creates toxic backflow, no flow of energy at all to the above or below chakras, and eventually dis-ease for the whole person.

It may be easier to imagine our energy system is similar to our Cardiovascular system.

Our Cardiovascular system has vessels, veins, arteries, and a main center, the heart. Our energy system consists of meridians, minor chakras all over the body, and our main center chakras aligned up and down the spine.

Take home lesson to me- Take ownership of our inner conflicting emotions before they become toxic not only to ourselves, but to others, and the whole world.

The meaning perceived by you may not be the meaning I was trying to get across. This article was merely a way of espressing my thought on our own emotions that we reject in ourselves.
