Dancing Jellyfish

Feeling relaxed, in the present moment, and happy is the way to stay healthy.  There are many ways one can de-stress.  Of course, one way is to have Reiki sessions.  But for those that this isn't an option, try watching fish aquariums.  Watching fish move in the water is highly soothing.
