Policy Statement

Reiki in the Prairie LLC provides quality service that provides relaxation, de-stressing, and calm. 



  • Reiki in the Prairie LLC follows a Confidentiality/ Code of Ethics for Reiki practitioners.

  • Reiki in the Prairie LLC offers various Services.  Each one is located under the Services page.
  • Reiki in the Prairie LLC offers products that are for well-being.  Located on Facebook under photos-products to purchase.

  • Appointments  
  1.  Appointments can be made on Reiki in the Prairie LLC Facebook site under "appointments".
  2.  Appointments can be made for Monday-Sat.  Various hours apply for each day.
  3.  If any questions regarding appointments, please message on Reiki in the Prairie LLC Facebook site or message me at Cynthiareikiintheprairiellc@outlook.com (no spammers please)
  4. If you are new to receiving a Reiki session or Sound Healing from me, you will be asked  to fill out a Reiki Client Information form.  This form can be found under Reiki Client Information form page.
  5. If you are new to receiving Reiki sessions, I will take time to talk with you, explaining a bit about Reiki.

  • Cancellations
  1. If you need to cancel, please message me at CynthiareikiintheprairieLLC@outlook.com or on Reiki in the Prairie LLC -Facebook at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Finances  
  1. All sessions will be paid before service or the day of service, whether through phone, email, or in person.
  2. Cash is accepted.  No checks please.  Credit cards are also accepted with a 4% additional charge to process the card.  "Square" processing is used to process all credit cards.  A receipt is emailed to you.
  • Client/Practitioner Expectations
  1. All sessions are done with clothes on, but shoes off.
  2. All sessions, the client is asked if they want  the session with  my hands on them, off of them, or a mixture of both.  This is asked for both Reiki and Sound Healing sessions.  There is no difference for quality.  This is for YOUR comfort.
  3. If anything is uncomfortable, I expect you to let me know right away.
  4. I expect to be treated with respect, the same way I will treat you, with respect.
  5. If I make any suggestions to you, it's up to you to use it or not.  If it doesn't seem beneficial to you, just "let it go",
  6. Please come bathed/well-groomed prior to your session.
  7. Please do not wear any perfumes.
  8. Please do not wear any jewelry.
  • Behavior of Client
  1. If you use bad language, sexual harassment, or any other strong negative behavior, whether before, during, or after the session, the session will end immediately with NO refund.
  2. If you are intoxicated (alcohol/ drugs) the session will be immediately cancelled. 
  3. Reiki and Sound healing is beneficial to all people and animals, but if I feel uncomfortable by your presence or your pet/animal's presence, I will end the session.  If I end it due to #1 & #2 above, no refund.
  4. I have the right to terminate any professional relationship with the client.  This is due to bad behavior & disrespect towards me.  
  5. During and after your Reiki or Sound healing session, I am your practitioner.  I will keep our relationship professional.
