Trust

 

I recently signed up for a one hour class called Establishing Techniques for Inspirational Speaking and Writing at the prestigious school, Arthur Findley College in England. 

The teacher was Val Williams. Val was a wonderful, professional and inspiring teacher. She taught me a lot and I am grateful to have had her class.

During the class we were given an assignment to ask our Spirit Guides about trust.

I felt nervous to try this because I thought I'd fail! I thought I'd not have a single word come to my head.

But as I relaxed, I dictated this message for myself as well as others.

I asked my Spirit Guide, in my inspirational writing class I took, what is trust ? What can I say about trust to others. Here is what spirit had to say in regards to trust.

"Trust all who faulter. Trust yourself as well. Know there is spirit behind every face. Evidence you must trust. For spirit is God. And God is everything. Amen."

I created this blog for my Reiki clients originally.  Combining these tools with Reiki creates a happy, healthy person.  These tools, when used alone are also beneficial!
