Our Sacral Chakras

We as humans have what we call Chakras.  Chakras are moving wheels of energy (Chi) channels that takes in  energy (emotions/Chi) from around us and brings it to our subtle bodies.  We are able to read energy and emotions by the use of these chakras.  We have seven main chakras that align up and down our bodies located in the front and flowing through into our back of body.

Here is a diagram showing our auric fields and the seven main chakras aligned up and down our bodies.

I want to make quick mention of all the chakras.  Wanting to concentrate on the second chakra.

Chakra 7; or Crown chakra.  Located on top of the head.
Chakra 6; or the Third Eye chakra.  Located in-between the eyes.
Chakra 5; or Throat charka.  Located at base of throat.
Chakra 4; or the Heart chakra.  Located upper chest and lower chest region.
Chakra 3;  or the Solar Plexus chakra.  Located above the belly button region- in the gut.
Chakra 2;  or the Sacral charka.  Located about 2 inches below the belly button.  Or the lower abdomin.
Chakra 1;  or the Root chakra.  Located between your legs and between the tail bone and your Urethra.

The Second chakra or Sacral chakra is located about 2 inches below your belly button.  It is in your lower abdomin.
This chakra is all about our sexuality, finances, creativity, and family ties.
It is one out of three chakras that is part of our physical life  chakras.
We accidentally block this chakra by holding on to guilt in our lives.
Realize, things happen in life.  Forgive yourself and release the guilt.

The last thing we want to do is create blockages in  our energy system.  Remember from a previous paper I wrote that by stopping our flow of  energy, we create a dis-eased state in our energy body (auric field).  Eventually, this blockage causes problems in the area that is governed by the particular chakra in  our physical bodies.  Thus for the Sacral chakra to be blocked, it may cause problems seen in the lower abdomin such as:  female reproductive problems (cancers, etc.),  male reproductive problems (Prostate cancers, etc.), Urinary problems, and so on.

This chakra is associated with the color of a clear orange.
To help us keep our Sacral chakras clear of blockages try:

*Wear Carnelian stones.  Stone therapy, using orange stones.
*Wearing clothing that is a clear orange color. (color therapy)
*Get out in nature and listen. (Sound therapy)
*Listen to flowing music that helps your emotions to flow. (Sound therapy)
*Try listening to nature sounds. (Sound therapy)
*Ask yourself "Why do I have guilt?"  Forgive yourself and others from the heart.  Stop doing what is causing you guilt or change your belief why you have the guilt.
*Ylang Ylang essential oils.  Makes you conscious of subtle sensual sensations. (Aroma therapy)
*I'm going to add to this list, Belly dancing.  Belly dancing also makes you aware of your subtle sensual sensations.
*Try eating orange foods:  Oranges, Sweet potatoes, Carrots.
*Receiving a Reiki session.  A general Reiki session helps to balance your chakras.  The Reiki goes in and seeks out blockages.  The Reiki energy then dissolves the blockage helping you to stay healthy, energetically, physically, and mentally.

Take care of your energy system and your energy system and physical body will take care of you!
