Learn from Autumn!

Autumn leaves turn to brilliant colors.  We can learn to also change our color by self-evaluating ourselves every time we are emotionally triggered.

By doing so, we can selfheal, thus sharing our most beautiful colors to the world.

In Autumn, the leaves die and fall from the trees.

Let this show us, when experiences, things, relationships, and people die, we need to also learn to "let go” keeping only the love we gained inside of our hearts.

I created this blog for my Reiki clients originally.  Combining these tools with Reiki creates a happy, healthy person.  These tools, when used alone are also beneficial!
