Is there any resemblance?
At times, we tend to take life too serious!
When we take life soooo serious, we find ourselves feeling stressed, unhappy, no joy, looking grumpy, acting grumpy, and feeling unwell.
Find laughter in your life!
It is said, "Laughter is the best medicine!"
Or at least one of the best ones.
I know I wrote an article about laughter and the Flu.
Don't get me wrong, Reiki and other natural ways to heal are pretty awesome also.
But laughing is a simple way to feel better almost instantaneously.
I suggest you follow people, sites, T. V. shows that make you laugh.
I know I used to watch Lucille Ball all the time. Never a quiet moment. Just a lot of laughs at what happens to her in life.
Laughing causes us to release endorphins. Laughing causes us to release stress. Laughing gives us a warm, enjoyable, relaxed feeling inside and out.
Next time you need a quick "help, make me feel better", try laughing.
Accept the moment in time and release with laughter.
