Past, Future, or Present?

 



I created this post because I've been noticing people on social media placing up posts that have to do with their ancestors suffering.

Earth is a planet that has a lot of dark energy on it.  Dark energy comes from us-people-our thoughts-our beliefs and our actions.

Dark energy defined as negative energy.

Now there is nothing wrong with some dark energy because for us to be balanced, we will have some dark and some light energy.  




They say, we must always remember the atrocities, so they don't happen again. 
All throughout the history of man, there have been horrible, traumatic experiences for many people.  Not only individual people, but whole cultural groups.

 

Whether this is true or not, I wonder if it is healthy to actually "stay in the past" reliving what our ancestors have done or reliving what has been done to our ancestors?

 

I've been noticing posts about how some people feel they need to have other people feel bad for them, because of how their ancestors were treated.  They keep re-telling the past history almost weekly/monthly.  They keep themselves reliving the "past!"

 

I have also seen how some of these cultures or people seem to have trouble with Depression.

 

When we keep our consciousness in the past-past experiences- we are trying to change things, we are trying to understand things, or we are enjoying feeling like the victim, getting sympathy.

 

Our consciousnesses are not meant to stay in the past!  The past is "unfit" (unhealthy) for us to stay in.  We end up blocking/slowing our healthy energy flow to our minds, which eventually may cause dis-ease.

 

In this case, mental illness due to being related to our consciousness.

Depression!

 

Here is my idea:

 Remember the ancestors and send love to them.   To continue living in the past, blaming others for what had happened is a way to not move on.  It is a way to stay "stuck".  Stuck=depression.

At times, even when it is hard, we need to "Let go" and move forward.  Being thankful for living in the present moment and educating our people on "forgiveness" and living life Now is the answer.

 

Like when we are feeling anxiety.  Anxiety is thought to be from sending our consciousness in to the future.  This is what we call "Worrying!"  When we worry, we try to control our futures.  People who need control will not like the fact that our futures are uncontrollable.  Sure, we can do what we can for a good outcome, but we can only do so much.  After that, we need to let go and trust the Universe to bring us the best for us. (Which doesn't mean "what we want", it means what is best for us.)

 

If we worry too much, we can send ourselves into a depression.  Mental illness due to the mind's energy is kept in the future.

 

We are meant to keep our consciousnesses in the present moment as much as possible.  The present moment is where our Souls live.  We only have the "present moment" to live our lives.  We can't change the past, we can't change the future (because then we'd have to be able to control all people and events), but we can change our present by controlling how we think, our beliefs, our thoughts, our actions.  We can change & control ourselves by living in the "here and now."

 

No disrespect intended to cultures or groups of people.  I just noticed this, and I hoped it could help others see their pattern.  It's up to people to change their patterns if they so desire.
